We build one useful workflow in approximately 7 days, so you can try it before committing to a full application.

Discuss Your Idea

Tell us the problem. We’ll assess whether it fits a sprint.

Published software

Our apps are in the App Store.

We’ve taken our own software through development, testing and public release.

The right starting point

Choose one task worth building.

You don’t need to arrive with a technical specification. Bring the problem, the people who face it and an example of how they deal with it today.

An app idea

You want something you can use and show to a partner, customer or investor before funding the full build.

A manual process

Your business works around a spreadsheet or paper record. You want to test whether software would handle the task better.

Software that doesn’t fit

You know what your current system gets wrong. We can prototype the workflow you need instead.

Included in the sprint

Software you can try, with the code to take it further.

The written scope defines what we build and how we’ll check that it works.

  • 30-minute discovery session
  • Written project scope
  • One primary user workflow
  • Approximately 5–8 core screens where appropriate
  • Working software prototype
  • Basic automated testing where appropriate
  • Source code
  • Handover documentation
  • One revision round

From first conversation to handover

How your sprint works.

We agree the scope before building. You review the prototype before the final handover.

  1. Discuss the problem

Tell us who needs the software and how they handle the task today.

  2. Choose the core workflow

We reduce the idea to the smallest version that is useful to test.

  3. Agree the scope

We put the screens, behaviours and acceptance criteria in writing.

  4. Build the prototype

We implement the agreed workflow so you can use it.

  5. Test and review

We check the critical path and work through one round of feedback within scope.

  6. Hand over the software

You receive the prototype, source code, run instructions and known limitations.

Scope and price

A clear agreement before work begins.

The sprint covers one primary workflow. Large SaaS platforms, large marketplaces, regulated medical or financial software and complex payment infrastructure are outside the offer unless specifically agreed.

App Store and Google Play submission, ongoing maintenance, unlimited revisions and unlimited features are also excluded unless specifically agreed.

Paid services and hosting, API or subscription costs are separate. Required third-party accounts should normally be owned and paid for by you.

We’ll agree a smaller scope if the idea is too large, or say so if it cannot fit.

Practical questions

Before you commit.

Is this a complete production app?

You receive a working prototype of one agreed workflow. It may use sample data or simplified integrations. Security, scaling, reliability and production deployment may need further work.

Who owns the source code?

You own the project-specific source code we create for your prototype and receive it at handover. We record the ownership and handover arrangements in the written scope. Third-party components retain their own licences.

What happens if my idea is too large?

We look for one useful workflow that fits the sprint and put the rest into Phase 2. If a meaningful prototype cannot fit, we will say so before you commit.

Can you build Phase 2?

We can discuss the next phase after the prototype. Its feasibility, scope, price and timing need a separate agreement.

Are hosting or API costs included?

Hosting, API, subscription and paid third-party service costs are separate. Any required accounts should normally be owned and paid for by you.

Can you submit it to the App Store?

App Store and Google Play submission are outside the sprint unless specifically agreed. Preparing a prototype for a store may need additional work.

What platforms can you work with?

Our existing work spans web, iPhone, iPad, macOS and Windows. During discovery, we assess which platform fits your workflow and agree the sprint’s target before accepting the project.

When does the seven-day target start?

We agree a start date after scope approval, the £625 start payment and required inputs are in place. Approximately seven days is the target. External dependencies or delayed feedback may change the agreed delivery window.

What happens after the sprint?

You can test and demonstrate the prototype using the supplied run instructions. We discuss what you learned and possible next steps. Ongoing maintenance needs a separate agreement.
