Terms of Service

These terms apply when you engage Vantage Digital Studio to provide website design, hosting, maintenance or related services.
Our agreement
Before work begins, we will confirm the agreed package, scope, price, timing and any additional requirements in writing. A quote or package description forms part of the agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote and timetable.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, branding, access details and approvals needed for the project. You must have the right to use any material you supply. Delays in receiving these items may affect delivery dates.
Payments
Prices and billing frequency are shown in the agreed package or quote. We may request payment before a site goes live or before a new billing period begins. If payment is overdue, we may pause work, support, hosting or access until the account is brought up to date.
Hosting, domains and third parties
Where included, hosting and domain services are provided for the period covered by your package. Domain availability cannot be guaranteed. Third-party services, including payment providers, plugins, email providers and social platforms, are subject to their own terms and availability.
Content and approval
We will provide a preview for your review where agreed. You are responsible for checking content, accuracy, legal compliance and suitability before approval. Once approved and published, further changes may be treated as maintenance or additional work.
Intellectual property
After all agreed fees have been paid, you may use the finished website content and design created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, processes and reusable components. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a monthly package at any time. Fees already paid for work completed, active hosting, domains or third-party services are not automatically refundable. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more detail.
Liability
We will take reasonable care in providing our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services, search-engine rankings, leads, sales or other business results. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
